Established since 1976, Maille Club Export specializes in the manufacturing of premium woven and knits garments.

We are proud to work with some of the most renowned retailers throughout Europe and the USA, including; Max Mara, Max&Co, Paul&Shark, Tanais, Giorgio Armani, Burton, Trussardi Jeans, KooKai, Mc Planet……

With our combined services in fabric sourcing, design and production, all adhering to the strictest ethical trading principles, Maille Club Export offers contemporary, stylish and commercial collections.

The benefit of our prime location and fast, flexible production infrastructure enables us to meet our customers’ needs and deliver within 3 to 7 weeks.

Services

We offer our customers a full package due to the integration of several services

Sourcing

  • A dedicated team in collaboration with the design department identifies the needs of customers, current market trends and the latest catwalk styles and fabrics. Then uses this information to research of the best procurement sources in respect of the quality, cost, delays and logistics criteria.

    • Embroidery

  • The embroidery unit is equipped with a Barudan machine, allowing up to 9 colors with a speed reaching 1000 stitch / min.

    • Design

  • Creation is the heart of our business. Our design team is composed of stylists and model makers who create the collections for our showroom considering everything from catwalk to street style.
  • We can realize models following the specific requests of the customers. She can bring your ideas to life whether from colour palettes, mood boards, sketching, CAD design.
  • Our team is in charge of the process starting from trend watching, collections design, patterns production, and technical datasheets until the final production validation.
  • The creative office is equipped with CAD software LECTRA system.

    • Cutting

  • With a daily production capacity of around 2500 pcs, our cutting unit offers a fully automated cutting process
    through our Lectra V5000 along with hand cutting expertise and equipments for striped or delicate materials.

    • Sewing – Manufactuing

  • Our stable workforce is highly skilled, dedicated and versatile. The unit is managed by a qualified team, who works on planning and optimization of the production to be able to offer products combining high quality, competitive price and best delivery timeframe.
  • Our manufacturing plant is monitored by a CAPM (Orliweb-MED / Cegid) that allows daily reports on all ongoing order.

    Quality Control

  • Our internal quality control processes are initiated since the receipt of the raw materials and throughout all production stages.
  • A third party auditing company can be commissioned upon customers’ request.
